Alexina Haefner is a rabbinical student at HUC-JIR currently living in Jerusalem. Prior to rabbinical school, she supported rabbis serving interfaith couples and families across North America as the Fellowship Alumni and Program Manager at 18Doors and built community for those in their 20s and 30s as a lay leader in Durham, NC. Having converted to Judaism while in college, Alexina is passionate about the transformative power of Judaism to bring greater meaning to one’s life, regardless of one’s background.
