Ari Fernandez (they/them) is a former Hillel educator and current accessibility advocate at UpStart. They have a passion for teaching and are excited to facilitate the IYUN curriculum! Living at the intersection of many identities, Ari encourages their community members to feel empowered to be the authors of their own journeys through advocacy and storytelling. When not cheerleading their chosen family, Ari enjoys seasonal goodies at the farmer’s market, cooking for friends, and perusing their local feminist bookstore.
