Erica Frankel is the Executive Director of OOI, an innovation studio which launches, catalyzes, and scales new projects to advance Jewish life.

Erica was previously the Associate Vice President and Director of the Meyerhoff Center for Jewish Experience for Hillel International, where she grew the Jewish Learning Fellowship (JLF) from one campus to more than 270, making it the largest pluralistic adult Jewish educational program on campus or beyond, with over 20,000 alumni. She has spent over a decade training and coaching hundreds of rabbis and Jewish educators in spiritual leadership, experiential education, and community building.

Erica lives in Harlem with her husband Dimitry and daughters Maayan and Dalia, where she is the Co-Founder of Kehillat Harlem and Senior Educator of Based in Harlem.
