Cribbage Player, Cat Mom, Low-Key Adventurer
Julia is a fourth year rabbinical student at Hebrew College in Newton, MA and the Rabbinic Intern at The Jewish Community of Amherst (JCA). A 2021 Hadar Wisdom Fellow, Julia is part of the fifth cohort of SVARA’s Teaching Kollel. Along with RP Whitmore-Bard, Julia founded Queer and Trans Rosh Chodesh (QTRC) in Boulder in 2017. Julia has served as a mentor for the Dignity Project, a Recruitment Intern for Hebrew College, and as a cook on a potato farm, among other things. Julia loves to play cards and tennis, sing niggunim, and cook!
