Lisa has worked with Jewish educators across North America to bring Jewish values alive through reading, play, and music. Her previous two jobs took her all over the world to observe, learn from and work with Jewish schools. During her 8 years with PJ LIbrary National as Director of PJ School, she worked with over 500 schools and 1500 classrooms to develop materials and workshops for educators and families.
Lisa currently is the Director of jkidphilly, Jewish Learning Venture’s family engagement initiative that distributes PJ Library books and creates programming and kits for families raising Jewish children.
Lisa is also a composer and director of musical theatre. She has a BA/BS from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.Ed. from Gratz College.
