Sami is a first-year graduate student at Brandeis University doing a dual Master’s program. She is pursuing a Master’s in Jewish Professional Leadership and a Social Impact MBA. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Sami is used to the cold Boston winters.
Growing up, Sami spent her summers as a camper, staff and unit head at Camp Ramah in Canada in Northern Ontario. She joined the year-round team as Program Director in 2020, assisting with camper recruitment, family engagement, staff hiring, and summer programming. Education has always been very important to her, and although she loves being in the classroom, she was drawn to the informal education aspect of camp.
