Leilah Mooney Joseph is the Director of People and Culture for National Council of Jewish Women. Leilah previously served as the Senior Director of Schools, K–12, at Adas Israel Congregation in Washington, DC. In that role, she worked with more than 500 children and their families across the PreK–12 educational arc. Before joining the staff at Adas Israel, Leilah held roles at Hillel International, the Institute for Educational Leadership, and the American Federation of Teachers.
