Richard Fogel is a refugee from the telecommunications industry; he was a sales engineer for over 30 years. Once he retired, he began his journey into Jewish education. For over 10 years, he has been sharing, organizing, and launching Torah study groups. He has also been studying Talmud and other Rabbinic texts in Las Vegas, NV, where he teaches adult learning courses.
